Syria: Russia Acts, US Sulks : They won’t accept the US’s “lead” (ie. obey US orders). The won’t let the US create “safe havens” (ie. invade Syria) or set up a “no-fly zone” (ie. bomb Damascus). They won’t allow Washington’s stooges - the “moderate terrorists” - overthrow the Syrian government.
