Russia’s new maritime doctrine ‘to counter NATO’s expansion’, focuses on Crimea & Arctic — Amendments to Russia’s Maritime Doctrine approved by President Putin stem from NATO’s “eastward expansion”, said Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin.
