As a former liberal democrat,i would have to say that the current liberals are only democrats by name,in reality they are bordering on Gestapo light : After the defeat of their anointed high priestess of liberalism Hillary Clinton,the left leaning democrats have exposed their true ugly side,intolerant of anyone who dares hold a different point of view : Whenever someone voices a different opinion,he is immediately smeared with calls of Misogynist,Racist,Bigot,Homophobe,Islamaphobe,and using Hillary own words just plain deplorable.
