When will the geniuses in the US state department understand the Russian leaders and it's people : When President Barack Obama threatened Vladimir Putin with cyber-attacks,the Russian people take that personally : Ever since Obama's Syrian "Red Line" debacle,Putin and the Russian people view Obama as weak,and Russian's don't respect weakness : Just look at every bit of military hardware they build,it's affordable and it has loads grunt ,Russian's don't do weak.
