After digesting all the responses from all parties involved,my belief is that the Syrian government would not have used chemical weapons : When Rex Tillerson stated on Monday that Assad was there to stay and the US demands for him to leave were dropped,the Russians and Assad had won a clear victory.So why would you need to use chemicals weapons knowing full well that the Americans would have to react and the Russians would have completely been pissed off,Assad would have had to get permission from Putin,after all he is in power only because of Putin.
