Two Years Ahead of Elections, Russians Ready for 4th Putin Term : The poll estimates that today 74% of Russians are ready to cast their ballots for the incumbent head of the state, which is a record-high over the past four years. In October 2012 as many as 40% of Russians expressed their readiness to support Putin’s candidacy.
