The cost of empire,US lawmakers agree on $700bn military budget,but the figure is misleading : America's actual military spending is well over $1 trillion if you add the DHS and the Veteran affairs and ongoing treatment to the wounded warriors : It doesn't take long for congress to approve vast amounts of money for war and the destruction of countries by our military,but try and pass bill to help the working man,and it's almost impossible : The US Congress is apparently prepared to spend endless amounts to maintain American hegemony at all cost,after all it just a matter of printing more money out of thin air.
